The increasing integration of economic steps is leading to a growing number of mutual interdependencies in the manufacture of quality products and services. Suppliers of raw materials, feedstock and individual components are equally as involved as processors, distributors and suppliers of goods to end consumers. Today, the focus is no longer just on product quality, but increasingly on improving the quality standards of workflows and processes.

An efficient quality management system covers the entire company from analysis of market requirements to customer satisfaction surveys.
Process orientation means that all processes are monitored and examined intensively; this continuous improvement process guarantees opportunities for optimization.

Our QM system meets ISO 9001 standards and is certified by Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH. The effectiveness of our QM system is systematically reviewed in regular internal and external audits. In order to meet increased QM requirements in specific sectors – aerospace and automotive – parts of the company are certified to the high EN 9120 and ISO 16949 standards where required and to BS OHSAS 18001:2007 in the process and supply services area.
