Film coating: sheet up to 6 mm thick and max. 2,000 mm wide with a comprehensive range of films for further processing depending on customer requirements.

Rectangular blanks: precision circular saw cuts up to a max. thickness of 300 mm.

We can produce circular and ring blanks with diameters up to 1,490 mm with close tolerances on efficient band saws.

Profiles and bars in non-standard dimensions and circular sections manufactured on our high-performance band saws.

Blanks up to a thickness of 10 mm produced on 2 laser cutters with 4,000/6,000 watt laser heads and a max. bed area of 2,500 x 15,000 mm. These ready-for-use laser components can be supplied with boreholes and laser marking.

Blanks up to a thickness of 250 mm cut by water jet on a max. bed area of 3,000 x 6,500 mm.
